Stopped by LooBapBap and grabbed an order of Bulgogi Kimbap for lunch. Beautiful shop (I would have dined in, if I had time) and service was great! The presentation (even for take out) was incredible and the beef was exceptional. Great flavour… you could tell that everything was fresh! I’ll be back for more…

One of the best kimbap I’ve ever tried. LooBabBab goes way beyond your typical kimbap — it’s truly on another level. The food is incredibly fresh, well-seasoned, and feels healthy without compromising flavour. I love that the ingredients taste clean and high-quality. Portions are just right and perfect for a nutritious meal on the go. Definitely a hidden gem!

I love the variety of options near Waterloo University. They have authentic Kimbap and they also have egg sandwiches with different toppings. Customer service was great, even with a steady volume of customers, and the food was served fresh. I had the shrimp sandwich which was marinated perfectly. Note, there is only street parking available and limited seating. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

It’s my first time and I just tried the lobapbap. OMG it was surprisingly good! The vegetables are very fresh and it’s not like any other kimbap place that always shove with so much rice, the rice here is perfectly layered! I’m definitely coming back to try other things!

Their bulgogi roll was one of the best kimbap I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t usually like kimbap because they can get very dry, but this was was juicy, it was packed with genuine love and care, and so nutritious. It tastes as appetizing as it looks, and it was a perfect snack for me. I’d say the prices are on the higher side, but seeing how they really took their time and effort to make such a compelling meal for us, I think it was worth it.

were craving gimbap and found this place near the university. The use of cabbage in their gimbap was something new to us, but it tasted fresh and flavorful. The staff at the front were friendly and welcoming. It seems like a perfect spot for a quick and delicious meal. One thing to note the prices have gone up and were higher than what was shown on their website. It felt a bit pricey, honestly. Rose tteokbokki wasn’t listed on the menu, but they were able to make it when we asked. It was delicious! I definitely recommend trying their tteokbokki.

We enjoyed the egg toast and kimbap we tried! The ham and cheese egg toast was very filling, with a big portion of fluffy eggs, fresh bread, and tasty sauce. The kimbap was also well made and packed with fresh veggies. We got the bulgogi kimbap, and the bulgogi was well marinated and tender. Would definitely come back to try other menu items as they have a large variety!

Kimbap was phenomenal. Had the spicy pork and tuna. Both were exceptionally tasty. Had crab and avocado egg toast and they has a bit of sweetness and eggs completely compliment each other perfectly. Rice cake and tofu special was tangy and great blend of flavor. Cheese does make it more like a pountine maybe we had it sat too long.
